Bold and bitter - aggressively hopped. An ideal mixture of four hops creates a distinguishing spicy aroma and long, hoppy finish.

This was the last of the trolley beers we tried. Yuck... I was shocked it had a high rating so I tried another bottle but this was awful. Its like when you get a grapefruit and its not tart but spoiled. With a taste of the rind leaving you desperate to get that awful taste out of your mouth.

Banksiz (136) - Sacramento, California, USA - AUG 9, 2015
UPDATED: JUN 5, 2016 Slightly malty nose, a little minerally, no hoppiness. Sweet and malty for an IPA. Bitter, no noble hop flavor. Finish is a bit harsh, with a burnt toffee overtone. Just ok, nowhere near the flavor and complexity I look for in a 6.3% beer.

mauroruellas (792) - GETULINA, BRAZIL - JUL 13, 2015
Coloração âmbar,espuma volumosa,densa e com boa manutenção;no aroma malte,caramelo,futas cítricas,resina,notas terrosas e herbáceas;sabor segue o aroma com amargor mediano,álcool bem inserido,refrescante,boa drinkability,retrogosto meio amargo/doce,final seco. Boa IPA,gostosa,fácil de beber,bom custo/benefício.

ffbot (420) - Oakland, California, USA - JUN 22, 2015
Some dough and bread smell, some dark caramel or fruit smell too. Medium body, slight spice, no aftertaste. Orange glow give for a nice appearance. Cloves, earthy, medium bitterness. No hoppy taste.

bhensonb (15251) - Woodland, California, USA - MAY 20, 2015
Bottle from a Grocery Outlet. Pours copper with a beige head. Aroma is light caramel with some hop, and something that hints of cola. Med body or nearly. Flavor is somewhat roasty malt with something suggesting spicy hop and earth. Actually it would be drinkable, if there wasn’t something likely to be much more enjoyable available.

Tognetta (951) - São Paulo, BRAZIL - MAY 18, 2015

marcus (10232) - Sacramento, California, USA - MAY 13, 2015
Bottle from bhensonb. Pours orange amber with a modest off-white head and almost no aroma. There is a sort of rancid pale malt flavor with a little hop bitterness.

Bottle. Amber beer with a dark cream had. Malt and light citrus aroma. Caramel and citrus flavor with grain and light pine. Medium bodied. Decent bitterness. Grain and grapefruit linger with pine.

Satyroneto (379) - BRAZIL - MAR 17, 2015

PigMine (42) - San Angelo, Texas, USA - JAN 18, 2015
The best part of this brew is the look. It has a nice solution of small, suspended particulate, showing a pretty, orange color. The aroma and taste are a bit similar to a watered-down Sierra Nevada pale ale. It’s not the worst IPA, and better than it has been given credit for, but it is still a third party IPA and kind of defies the craft brew tradition of small-scale, owner/brewed beer. Even though it is a good looking and decently drinkable beer, I would not buy this again, especially after discovering it is a contract brew.

jredmond (8288) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 23, 2014
Bottle courtesy of Blipp at Max’s. Thanks a lot for this garbage, man. Pours a decent golden body with soft white lacing - no indication of the palate brutality about to ensue. Aroma begins to suggest a putrid fruit flavor mixed with a strange sour/spoiled fruity character; some spice and grain as well - is that the hop profile? Mouthfeel confirms what the nose suggests - awful weird fake fruit, cleaner, chemical spicy flavor and bland malt character. Offensive.
