COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
What makes our unfiltered Rye IPA memorable is it’s incredibly unique flavor. It delivers citrus, apricot and grapefruit, created from our award winning blend of Sorachi Ace, Centennial and Chinook hops; balanced with a spicy finish only rye can deliver. We brewed long and hard to deliver something special among a sea of mediocre beers.

660ml Bottle at home. A lovely IPA, but doesn’t have the rye flavour that I love. It does however have a floral flavour. It is however slightly bready and goes really well with dark chocolate

Tap at BarrelHouse Brewing Co. Speakeasy in SLO. Nose of citrus, caramel, and a touch of pepper. Light copper/amber color. Citrus, smooth ripe stone fruit, sweetish caramel, peppery rye note, gentle bitter finish. Thin-medium body. Pleasant, with nice little rye kicks, but a bit too sweet.

22oz bomber. Pours a reddish pale with nice white head. Aroma is filled with pine and blood orange. Taste is nicely balanced with a complex dark bread malt profile followed by a blood orange and apricot finish. Very good!

Bottle shared at the chriso and Ruth pre GBBF Shindig 2016 - London. Day 1. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds lightly faded pine, bread, some crust, ripening orange. Medium sweet flavour with more ripe and also rindy citrus, pale grains, some rye notes. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with light resinous pine, more grains. OK stuff.
