Funky, hempy citrus aroma. The initial taste is thin (it followed a DIPA) but beguiling, with dank hops and that characteristic rye flavor. Citrus and Slavic bread/yeast harmonies flesh out that basic structure as the glass warms. Very enjoyable. callmemickey (4549) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 10, 2014
Golden amber body, medium sized off-white head, spotty lacing. Grapefruit, dankness, pine, and spicy rye. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, lively bitterness. tgncc (3136) - Bellmore, New York, USA - DEC 14, 2013

On tap at Beer Culture, New York. Another good rye based beer. These are becoming more popular and tastier. ladnewton (2002) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 17, 2013
Cask at Mugs Alehouse, Brooklyn NY on 3rd July 2013. Hazy copper with lasting off white foam and initial lacing. Very hoppy aroma with some yeastiness. Intensely bitter in-mouth with spice and pepper, followed by a bittersweet finish with intense spiciness. Light, medium body. First Cask Ale I have sampled in the US. bmerz (741) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - AUG 29, 2013
Mango cask at barcade dry hopped with Chinook. Pours hazy orange with a dense soft head and crazy lace. Aroma is less tropical than you’d think and lots of grapefruit pith, grain, and pine. Flavor is more mango flavor and sweetness to start but quickly picks up plenty of pithy grapefruit bitterness very clean that goes and goes. Feel is dense, alive, lush. Really nice cask IPA, perhaps the best I can remember having. acasteel (26) - San Francisco, California, USA - MAY 31, 2013
Smells like you?re chasing a skunk through a pine forest. Tastes like a perfectly charred corn tortilla rapped around a bit of pollo loco chicken skin. Sweetness, bitterness and a little ground Chile and cumin.
