Tap at Alewife Queens. Pale straw coloured pour. The nose is fresh and spicy. Floral/noble hoppiness and a nice clean bitterness on the back. Crisp pilsner malt along with a grassy bitterness. Clean and refreshing. Not much to complain about here. Bitterness is quite assertive.

Hazy yellow gold thin white Lacy head; aroma is mild sweet grain; flava is sweetish grainy notes of some spice; feels light crisp with lively fizz; finishes dry bitter with hay/straw notes handsomejn (77) - Arkansas, USA - JUL 26, 2012
Very nice representation of this classic style. On tap at Pony NYC. Classic golden color, nice balance between malt and hops. If you like a good Pils drink this!!! MartinT (9880) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 13, 2016
My Bottom Line:hivemind (915) - New York, New York, USA - NOV 6, 2011
Crisp haystacks and soft herbal greenness are well expressed in this clean, effervescent Pilsener.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sizeable head of foam settles atop the misty straw blond.
-This is hoppier than nearly all German Pilseners or Kellerbiers, but all flavors are very pleasant.
-Drinkability is very high.
-Minerality accompanies the hop finish.
-Pils malts contribute both aroma and flavor.
-The only thing this one lacks for me is a bit more softness on the malt and mouthfeel front. Otherwise, it’s a very good take at the style.
Tap @ Pony with Andy, James & PJ. Pours hazy yellow with almosy no head. Leaves pretty heavy lacing. Aroma is "pilsy" and nothing out of the ordinary. Palate is grassy, hoppy and fruity. Orange peel and hop bitterness. Balanced, tasty beer.

Draft from Proletariat in NYC. Played out name, but a great little beer bar. Pours a clear light gold with a small white head. Nose is spicy hay and floral noble hops. Taste adds crisp pilsner malt and a bold grassy bitterness. Nice. MrChopin (4304) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - SEP 30, 2013
shimmering gold, puffy white head gone fast, tepid after. Grain and corn nose, light grass bitterness but a bit cheap. Flavor more balanced, heavy grain bitterness a la braumeister mid, hints of grass and plastic through end. Spritzy carbonation, few off notes but nice throughout. mansquito (6439) - Nueva York, New York, USA - JUL 19, 2014
Alewife, Queens tap: Pours golden with white head. Aroma is a bit of grass, plenty of Czech hops, and nice bready malts. This pilsner, while not excessively complicated fits the bill of a clean Czech pils very well. Nice amount of hoppy bitterness. Very well balanced with the bready malts. A great refreshing beer this was. nimbleprop (8384) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - OCT 5, 2013
32oz growler pours a clear, bright gold with some spitty, white head. Nose of hay, a little candy, some crab apple, lemon, white bread. Flavor is the same, hay, lemon, white bread, lightly floral. Clean finish. Good for the style. gnomungus (89) - - JUN 30, 2014
A light and crisp beginning with some surprising malt drops into a lighter pils hops swirl, which gives way to lasting pilsner power. Very Czech, very delicious.
