Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - MAY 21, 2017
Reviewed from notes. The appearance was a semi-burnt yellow color with a sly transparency about it. Some carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. Sly lace The aroma had some sweet corn, light bready sweetness and a touch of grassy hops. The flavor was somewhat sweet and dry which ran into the aftertaste in the same sort of way. Finish was somewhat quick, and malty. The palate was light bodied with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt fine. Overall, not bad as a straight up blond ale that you’re not expecting much else to happen. I’d have again preferably with food.

Draft sample at the source. The beer is a clear pale yellow with a white head of foam. Very bready and grainy. Some yeasty notes in the taste. Refreshing. Lighter body and medium to high carbonation.

Sampler at brewpub. Pours blond with a white head. Leaves a lot of lacing. Not much on the nose. Not a ton of hoppiness on the tongue. Crisp and clean. Solid for the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask at the brewpub - Great Barrington. Pours clear yellow with a fine, creamy white head. Cereal in the nose, hints of butter, some hay. Lightto medium sweet flavor with crispy cereal, straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, light doughy white bread, mild hay bitterness. Simple and drinkable.

puboflyons (3434) - Allenstown, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 28, 2013
Sampled at the brew pub. The pour was golden yellow with a big white head. Not cloudy. The aroma was alive with the kinds of esters I expect from a blonde including yeast and pale malts but there was also a wheat-like character. Overall mellow on the nose. The body was light, creamy, and refreshing. The taste has a likable roasty character with butter and biscuit and a light malt finish. Thin hops. Still, a beer I would pick again on a second visit.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear watery yellow with a creamy thick white head. Very little aroma, sweet wheat. Thin, empty, slightly sweet. Nothing really here in one way or another. Not offensive, but not memorable.

From a draft pour at the Egremont Inn tavern in Egremont, MA this poured a clear yellow with a small head and light lacing. Mouthfeel is light and clean. Flavor is of caramel malts and floral hops. Finish is dry and lightly bitter.

Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - MAR 25, 2008
Sample at the brewpub. Pours gold with a white head. Smells of toast, biscuits, earth, some dough. Tastes of biscuits, some dry malt, some earthiness on the finish.

boto (2211) - Granby, Connecticut, USA - FEB 10, 2008
Draught: This one pours a very pale yellow, and was crystal clear. There was very little head on it, but did leave a little lacing. The aroma was very weak. Slightly floral and fruity to the nose. The taste is OK, certainly not unpleasant but very pedestrian.

beerbuzzmontreal (3487) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 2, 2007
Pours a cloudy, pale golden color with a thin white head. Average aroma and flavor of cereal and honey, it’s not very entertaining but makes for a decent quencher. The body is light and creamy with soft carbonation.
