The alu bottle is great. Beer itself had a good appearance with stable foam, and great hop notes. Palate was good and similar to other lagers. melush (4222) - SPAIN - JAN 16, 2016

tasting session Budapest. It poured an amber color with a tan head. The aroma was of floral hops with some caramel and pale malts. The taste was similar with a touch of oak. Nice. asedzie (830) - San Francisco, California, USA - JAN 2, 2016
UPDATED: JAN 3, 2016 22 oz bottle. On big discount here in minnesota - I’m sure they thought that this NW camping beer would sell here - so sorry - we upper midwest city slickers failed the test. Oh well - it’s 1.99 for a 22 oz so I can’t complain. Pours dark amber - a bit hazy, obviously craft beer - slight off-white head. Nose is spicy with a bit of pine hop notes. Flavor is full, just a bit of sweet maltiness before an onslaught of piney hops. Good stuff, ale-like, but an incredibly good NW strong lager that can turn heads. probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 2, 2016
Glass at Blackback Pub. Clear ruby copper with a tight tan head. Caramel, toffee, trusted marshmallow, pine and resin hops, berry fruits, dry with pretty good bitterness and a quite malty and pine/resin hop finish. Nice.

Bottle from Fyne Ales’ brewery tap. Clear body with a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of lemon, orange zest and sweet malt. Flavour of bitter hops, grapefruit, white sugar and salted bread. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. They’ve been far too heavy-handed with the hops in this - it’s bitter and astringent. And it looks very dark for the style. Satyroneto (379) - BRAZIL - DEC 18, 2015
Cor âmbar com leve turbidez; espuma marfim de baixa formação com camada perene de espuma que forma pouco lacing;
Boa drinkability. madmitch76 (25009) - , Essex, ENGLAND - DEC 16, 2015

Hazy deep amber beer!! Good cream colour head. Palate is smooth and a little soft, mild fine carbonation. Malty! Very malty! Little oxidised caramel and dark toffee. Mild marmalade and pine. Smooth malty finish. That oxidised tasting caramel lingers on. This is what now? Imperial Pils? India Pale Lager? Not very pale is it? An okay malt bomb.
I have to compare this with the Ultra Gnar Gnar - the IPL is enjoyable to drink, but can’t be that good. It misses the heavy body required for massive hops flavour. kyzr (1576) - Montana, USA - NOV 14, 2015
Amber pour with nice off white head. Decent hop/citrus nose. Flavor of grapefruits and grassy hop. Nice body and great malty finish.
