COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship India Pale Lager showcases a copper color that gives way to a crisp, clean lager beer perfectly balanced in its massive complexity. Dry-hopped and aged on an in-house toasted blend of white and red oaks. The IPL finishes clean and smooth, with hop aromas of wild flowers and pine, and a unique maltiness highlighted by the subtle oak character.

Good beer might’ve been better but my metal bottle fell from the bottom shelf of my fridge to the floor, whereupon it leaked some. When I opened it, there was a pressure release, but the foam has the characteristic appearance of beer starting to go flat. Mouthfeel that way too. Still, good aroma and flavor, pretty much as the commercial description has it.

Poured from the 22 aluminum can. Poured a real dark copper amber color. Nice thick head. Aroma is pretty dank, some spice notes too. Flavor is similar, bitterness is great. Palate is dry, and sort of light with a bit of oily resin. Overall a really tasty lager.

Surprising good and complex beer. In aroma a little funk with some caramel and resin. Taste is bitter although not astringent and heavy. Some sweetness. Beautiful copper with thick head. Good beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle @ Camping RateBeers 2015; Nat & Winderig, courtesy of the crew! Pours a hazy golden beer with a big off white head on top. Aroma of crispy malts, some boozy note, light citric and grapefruit. Flavor is medium bitter, decent body with a good amount of citric fruity notes and a light boozy aftertaste. Very doable.
