Tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow pour with a smaller white head. Sweet grain with some assertive hop bite. Still get some metal. Hmmmm. bartlebier (3982) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - NOV 8, 2015
22oz alu bottles packaged 04/2015, Geers, served at What’s Brewing 202-1 - blind tasting vs Elzacher Löwen Pils. - Thick, burgeoning pillows of dense foam on a golden straw body. Round and fruity (apricot) rye spice meets the young fresh treesap of Pacific NW aroma, going on spruce after rain, furniture, EU nettle and damp grass - close, but a bit of a giveaway. More confident wet bark and damp pine in taste, creating a near-vegetal cocktail of fresh white pollen proteins: nettle tea, unripe avocado, white apricot peel develop good punching power on this 5,8% pilsner/APA body. Held up well in its futuristic active lifestyle can. Nice beer, if only a tad less sessonable that its supremely balanced DE forebears. Beerhunter111 (20468) - P´Castle, GERMANY - OCT 29, 2015
22 fl oz bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden colour with a mid-sized white head. Aroma of medium dried fruits, mild hoppy, pale malt, some grain. Taste is very hoppy, grainy, dried fruits, apricots, pale malt, ok! drpimento (3634) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 9, 2015
It’s good, but not great. The rye gives it a bit of fruitiness that doesn’t help the style. Faulty premise, I think. gnoff (10336) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - JUL 5, 2015

Light hazy golden color, white head. Malty, cream taste. Malty aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Malty, grainy scent.
Pours a clear blond beer with a medium white head. Smells malty with a slight hoppy taste and palate l. Cool refreshing beer but nothing exceptional. brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - JUL 2, 2015
On tap @ Base Camp. Slightly hazed golden pour with white foam. Nice biscuit and bready malts. Somewhat spicy and leafy in terms of the hop profile. Pretty floral and aromatic. There’s a mild bitterness on the back end. Surprising citrus notes towards the finish, too. Good malt flavor and body on this. Easy drinking. JorisPPattyn (9982) - Ursel, BELGIUM - JUN 29, 2015
Huge, dense, very regularly formed, just yellowish head, stable, leaving some lace over fully veiled yellow beer. Hint at other grains, faintly spicy-yeasty, hay. Bitter-spicy flavour, yeast, all in check and balanced. Rootspices, dry EU-hops. Longlasting bitterness, old bread in the finish. Very dry; medium bodied, outspoken wheat-like slickness. Far from bad. Not my favourite type of beer, but agreable all the same. kermis (13358) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - JUN 25, 2015
Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours cloudy golden with tiny off white head. Aroma of light malt, fruity hops, rye, citrus and grassy/weedy notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation. deanso (10132) - Chiang Mai, THAILAND - JUN 25, 2015
