Bottled 500ml. -Trade with Allen (thanks Julian!). Murky red/brown coloured, medium sized creamy off-white head, mild roastiness in the nose. Roasted malt, rye bread and mild coffee with touch of chocolate. Pleasant hop bite in the finish. One of the better Dunkel I’ve tried in last few months. Bottle (72/09 bb 30.9.2010) courtesy of and shared with ogivlado who got it in a trade with Allen (thanks!)bierkoning (13352) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - JUN 1, 2010
Poured a murky, slightly lighter than usual brown body with a big off white-rocky head that went away relatively fast. Weak nose, just some very weak sweet and roasty maltiness. The taste, however is very nice, light roastiness with some sweetish, slightly toffee-like taste. The mothfeel is more bubbly than soft (if this makes any sense) but it’s still a really nice dunkel.
Bottle from Allen, thanks! Dark brown color. Soft mocha and chocolate aroma and flavor. malty flavor, medium bodied, with raisin. Some yeasty notes. rand (1700) - SWITZERLAND - MAY 7, 2010

bottle, courtesy of Allen - thanks a lot! Hazy dark brown colour, mid-sized off-white head. Malty, caramel, cocoa and chocolate present. Slightly hoppy in the finish. Very nice Dunkel! Embrouille (2853) - SWITZERLAND - OCT 15, 2009
Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Bov. It pours a ruby brown beer with a creamy, nicely remaining beige head. Burnt caramel, coffee, vanilla, strawberry, plum, liquorice allsorts and mocha in the nose. Sweet taste with a lot of caramel showing up. Extremely smooth. Creamy palate. Low bitterness. Fruity. Balanced finish which is reminiscent of burnt caramel and mocha. My kind of Dunkel. A deeply pleasant example. Great stuff. Thanks a lot Bov! Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - SEP 11, 2009
from baesibraeu.ch - hazy reddish-brown colour with a persistent beige foam; slightly toasted malty nose with robust notes of toffee; soft mouthfeel and with a subtle carbonation, sweet medium malt backbone; the finish is moderately dry with malty and caramelish notes - simple but not unpleasant
