Apfelsaft-Geruch. Weich herber Getreidebeginn. Das Bier bleibt mild, mit der Zeit gering bitter werdend. Weiterhin getreidig, hellmalzig, süffig. Nichts Besonderes aber gut trinkbar. 8/8/8/9/7/8

Thanks to Allen for this one. Bottle looks simple, but good, beer in the glass fine turbid, small creamy head. Starts malty, moldy, fine spicy with notes of caramell and some cinnamon. Finish mild, still fine malty and spicy. Very drinkable. Really good! beerlady (556) - lucerne, SWITZERLAND - MAY 1, 2010
amber beer with an offwhite headsmells and tasts hoppy, in a rather floral way, a honey-like hint. in aftertaste bittersweetness with a hint of cookies. bierkoning (13886) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - APR 29, 2010
Bottle from Allen, thanks! Orange golden color, hazy. Malty flavor with pear and tangerine. No specific aroma. Residual sugars. Hints of yeast. Fruity sweetish brew without too much character.

Bottled 50cl. Ordered from their website. Fruity, interesting, cheeky with plenty of character. A good regional beer. omhper (26030) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JAN 10, 2010
Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy amber, mid-sized head. Fruity nose. Minerally and grainy. Sweet malt dried out by grain and salt. Light bodied with clean, chewy mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Harmonious. Bov (13442) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - SEP 18, 2009
from baesibraeu.ch - pours a cloudy copper-amber colour under a firm and long lasting pale beige foam; shy earthy malty notes in the nose; decent malt body and a robust and regular carbonation; quite bitter and dry, creamy finish with notes of malt and caramel - well-made
