COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The All United Pale Ale (AUPA) represents a prideful bunch–quality pale ales and the people of the Basque Country. The AUPA Pale Ale showcases lemony citrus underscored by notes of earth and artisanal bread due to dry-hopping with Columbus and Cascade. Aupa is a common greeting or cheer in Basque. Aupa beer! #aupabeer

On tap at Pub18, grapefruit and lychee nose, crisp, clean and pithy bitter. Fruity and faintly bready-nutty. Good stuff.

Bottle, courtesy of Taboada. Thanks Alex! Creamy, medium white head on a slightly murky amber body. Grapefruit zest, grains, hop pellets, spring onion, slight bitter almond marzipan, big pine. Rather dry, medium bitterness. Medium body, a hint watery, with fitting medium carbonation. Dry, bitter finish, big on the hop oils. Very spicy, interesting, feels quite sessionable. Wasn't so keen on it the first few sips, but it really grew on me. Nice!
