kaserov (1026) - Oviedo, SPAIN - JUL 28, 2017
Postgusto mínimo a resina y malta torrefacta. Rica.

Buena.

Bottle, [email protected], Kolding. Pours murky opaque black with a large, staying, creamy beige head. Aroma has fresh citrussy hops, roasted malts, hazelnuts, chocolate, grapefruit. Medium carbonation, fine dry and fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour has elegant crisp, soft roasted malts, some astringency, chocolate, a bit of coffee. Quite bitter finish.

Noire, collet moyen persistant, dentelle.
Aromes puissants, citrus, cafe, pain grille, caramel, reglisse

66cl Bottle... Huge cream-beige head, dense and stable, over reddish black beer. Near syrupy, alcoholic nose, fusely, and lots and lots of dry New World hops. Great smell. Dry, near ashy hoppy flavour, as if the hopcones were grilled. Slight malty undertones, roasted. Husks, dry bitterish herbs. Bit salty even. At least medium bodied; very slick to oily. Medium carbonation. Quite nice IBA.
