chucklemation (1641) - Royal Oak, Michigan, USA - JUL 3, 2015
Pours a light copper with a thin white foam head. Aroma is floral hops, and flavor is floral hops with some caramel malts. Has a moderate bitterness. Good.

ARH (1125) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 14, 2014
On tap, poured into a sampler glass. The aroma is a light, mellow, muted combination of citrus peel and rind, some resin, bread crust, and floral notes. It pours a slightly hazy yellow with a thin white head that reduces down to nothing. There’s a couple of light specks on the surface layer with just a light dusting of lace. The taste is a medium-high, dry bitter with a medium sweetness. The palate is thin with a light body and a very light, fizzy carbonation. There’s bread crust, citrus, and grass in the flavor with a crisp, dry waxy finish. The aftertaste is a bit lingering and astringent with a waxy quality to it.

arminjewell (9585) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - OCT 2, 2014
Pour on tap at the brewery, dark orange pour with white head, aroma brought some dirty grain, caramel, toffee, some spicy notes, hints of grass, pine in there as well. Taste is a mix of grass, caramel, toffee, yeast and hop spice notes into some grass, floral notes, finishing sweet, slightly bitter. Eh.

No wow factor but great session beer in my opinion. Flavors of citrus/grapefruit, pine, and malt. Very clean finish. Fairly light IPA. Easy drinking.

jsquire (4425) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - APR 6, 2013
Orange beer out of the tap with a thin off white head that left some lacing. Light orange citrus nose. Strong malty beer with some grapefruit and apple sauce notes. Some hop resin in the finish. This is not a typical PNW ipa, but holds up well with lunch.

crossovert (12670) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 22, 2012
Low-hopped ipa. Nice herbal grapefruitiness, btu it just isn’t a huge hit of hops in aroma or flavor.

Good beer. I drink at least 9 a day ;) last years batch was a little better. Would not pass up the chance to have a beer here if you are in Royal Oak ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
