these guys are still getting things sorted out with some of their other beers but this one shows what they can do. fluorescent fruity aroma, pale, nice lacing. light sao level malt toastiness with bit of a slick of carapils; some nice minerally/fruity aleyness; sharp, tingly bitterness with grapefruit, hopsack, vanilla and nice low level malt returning in finish. id drink this over LCPA or SNPA anytime - but it is a bit of a mystery why their beers are so expensive with the minimal packaging and distribution costs they have...
Hazy gold colour with a lingering white head. Aroma of light citrus and sweet malt. Taste of pine and hints of grapefruit with a medium bitter aftertaste.

On tap at Batch brewery, Sydenham. Pours a hazy straw gold colour with a lingering white head. Aroma: Mild citrus and caramel malt notes. Not particularly aromatic. Taste: Citrus and pine flavours dominate. Mild caramel malt flavour. Mild bitterness. Moderate carbonation. Easy to drink but nothing special about this brew. Nevertheless, would happily drink it again. jredmond (8204) - New York, New York, USA - MAR 14, 2017

Poured from a growler, straight from the brewery. Slightly hazy straw colour. Moderate hoppy aroma. Taste is very well balanced with the hops and malt. Not too sweet, good amount of bitter. Definitely nothing out of the ordinary here, but this is a good go-to beer for a hot afternoon. Im really loving the beers these guys are putting out. Draught at the brewery. Pours a hazy amber, with a moderate off-white head, which lasts well and leaves decent lacing. The aroma offers herbal and citrus hops and a little caramel malt. Citrus and pine hops up front, with a good malt backbone and a refreshing pine finish. A decent APA. Hop_Hedonist (587) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - DEC 19, 2016
Tap at The Australian Hotel - low malt medium hopped APA - easy drinker - lovely floral aftertaste - not a world-beater but a very good drink indeed. jase3812 (55) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 27, 2016
good interpretation of a american style pale ale. Bit of hop in there. A staple brew from these guys and definitely worth having a few at the brewery. mcberko (17178) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 6, 2016
On tap at Batch, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral hops and gentle biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with lots of floral and citrus hops upfront, backed with just enough biscuity malt. Simple, no nonsense pale that is brewed very well. Nice one.
