Sample at Kurtkeller 005: Coffee-tastic 01 on 02/08/2014. Dark brown color with a medium thin tan head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Chocolate and coffee in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of toasted malt and mild coffee. The finish is semi-sweet with a short chocolate malt aftertaste. Average overall. jjsint (3604) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - FEB 1, 2014
Bottle at home. Dark with plentiful carbonation but not a lot of head. No lacing. Smells of coffee boiled sweets. Pleasant but un-beerlike. I do not like the taste. When I lived in Miami there was a short-lived local soft drink called ’Cafe Cola’. This is very similar. Like dumping a supermarket iced cappuccino into a dark beer. And I don’t get much of the chocolate. culchiem (4237) - Berlin, GERMANY - JAN 18, 2014
Bottle. Chestnut brown with a thin head. Aroma is mocha, naturally. Flavor is coffee caramel, sweet, vanilla on a smooth base. neur0 (1445) - Hannover, GERMANY - JAN 10, 2014
Bottle m&s. Redish black colour shortlived tan head. Aroma is deffinatley mocha but nothing to blow your head off. Taste is great hit of coffee with a smooth creamy hot choclate shortly after v nice bittersweet finish. Great body quite low carbonation. This beer does ’exactly what it says on the tin’ as an old fence builder once said to me!

Aroma: Tootsie roll chocolate, a touch of cherry, light coffee. Appearance: Brown ruby with a light white head. Flavor: Matches the nose and dries out nicely. Palate: Medium body, creamy texture, flat carbonation, abrupt finish. Overall: Rather simple, but a nice one. dwyerpg (6494) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - DEC 31, 2013
Definitely has a mocha aroma. A bit sweet and definitely chewy. Had way too warm but still okay. johndoughty (5600) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - DEC 28, 2013
Bottle. Dark brown with a small head. Coffee and chocolate dominate making for a pleasant and easy to sup beer. victorg (1) - Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 27, 2013 does not count
coffee and chocolate, but it wont last so much.. a little artificial. Although it is a good idea for a cold day Gary (2094) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 26, 2013
Bottled; Not a bad chocolate/coffee beer for chicks or novices - the flaws are ovbious though . Too rich and one dimensional . The beer lacks finesse , some dry roastiness would smooth this out big time and make this more balanced and pleasant to drink. Generic kinda beer that attacks you really in intense Mocha texture.
