Bounders is a delicious, appetising and carefully crafted cider. We use only the choicest apples from the finest Somerset orchards, and slowly mature this lively cider in age-old vats. Bounders contains sulphites to retain freshness.

Pleasant apple juice aroma. Some skins. Thin, a bit simple. Appley taste, tanniny finish. A very serviceable apple cider, if a bit shallow.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple. tart apples, sweet apples, sugary. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, sugary apples, white sugar, apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.
