Cask at the Pump House, Shirley, Solihull. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, light grassy floral hop, some citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light smooth woody hop, light fruit, light pepper spice palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Ciemobursztynowy trunek, w pełni klarowny. Biała, umiarkowana piana, średni lacing. W aromacie owocowe z delikatnymi cytrusowymi akcentami. Trochę ciastek i karmelu w tle. W smaku owocowe, delikatnie karmelowe, biszkopty w tle. Lekkie ciało, średnia , krótka goryczka. Do wypicia, nic poza tym.

Cask at Doggett’s, London, November 2014. Clear dark amber with a foamy white head. Green and fruity hoppyness in the nose, fruit, compote-like taste followed by alcoholic bitterness. Light bodied and rather insignificant.

Cask at the haymarket. Pours clear amber, pour rocky head. Toffee and nut aromas, taste is the same. Dull.

AshtonMcCobb (6667) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 20, 2014
On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - amber with a decent head. Nose - big toffee note. Taste - more toffee and just a touch of nuts. Almost praline. Palate - close to medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - decent bitter but I like mine more biscuity.
