A rich aroma of hops and malt develops a full texture in the mouth. It has a long, deep, bitter-sweet finish. Without doubt an exceptional best bitter.

Ingredients: Maris Otter pale malt. Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops.

Bottle. Pours copper red with a medium thick white head that isnt long lasting. Roasted malts, almost burnt, caramel, earth, Apple and pass and finally nuts. Flavour is moderately bitter but very short lived. Medium sweetness. Well balanced. Thin to medium bodied with initially good carbonation that fades fast.

Bottle - bright amber with a fizzy beige head which quickly disappears to nothing. Aroma of caramel, some fresh grass, pineapple, brown bread and yeast. Taste of caramel, pineapple, grass and a little lemon in the finish. Light bitterness. Light to medium body, low carbonation, oily mouthfeel. Pretty tasty.

W aromacie troche biednie chlebem pachnie. W smaku lepiej slodowy troche slodki z wyrazna goryczka. Generalnie piwko bardzo orzezwiajace warte polecenia.

500ml bottle, chilled, poured into a pint glass at home. Attractive clear golden amber colour; minimal head; sweet, malty aroma with a hint of marmalade; predominantly caramel palate with a sweet finish. Not much bitterness and lacking depth, but sessionable nonetheless.

500ml bottle. Clear amber with minimal off-white head, disappearing rapidly. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, toffee. Taste is the same, initially sweet with a mildly bitter finish. Actually quite well balanced, sessionable. Light-medium body, texture and carbonation. Easy drinking though nothing special.

I liked the aroma, its not a style of beer that makes it to NZ that often. Poured well, nicely british bitter dark. Sort of a head and some lacing in the glass. Easy everyman drinking beer that has no rough aged or memorable moments but would sit well for a few in a session I recon.
