A great golden beer with a fresh citrus, hoppy aroma. This wonderful wholesome organic ale has a dry and bitter finish which brings you right back to earth.

UPDATED: APR 10, 2016 Bottle from Co-op. Pours bright mid-amber with lots of fizzy bubbles and a minimal watery head. Aroma is peppery, grassy and earthy, some citrus and pine hops. Taste well balanced between sweet and bitter with a long bitter and oily finish.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow pour with a bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet citrus fruit and grassy notes. Taste is very grassy with some sweet citrus taking a back seat. Pretty nice for a golden ale.

From Bottle pours a very pale gold colour with bright white head which doesnt last too long. Aroma is quite malty, grassy and earthy hops with a note of citrus there and straw. Taste is medum sweet, not cloying and nicely balanced with some bitterness. A decent bottled ale!

Bottle from Waitrose, consumed as home. Light gold, quite clear - Im surprised how pale this is - with minimal head. Not a lot of visible carbonation either. Malty aroma, with grassy/earthy notes. Hints of banana and citrus, maybe with a tiny bit of bubblegum. Clean, crisp sweet and malty taste. Some sticky hop bitterness in the finish, but this is still a lot sweeter than I expected. Slightly gluey and almost resinous aftertaste. Ok.
