Bottle at Tapwerks. Hazy yellow color. Funky hay aroma. Taste is herbal peppery lightly medicinal. Weird.

Moderate outdoor musty smell with fruit. Grapefruit color with a big white heat. Nice rounded mouthfeel with a little weight. Tropical fruit with a wildness and funky end.

22oz bottle served in a Duvel tulip. A - Pours a hazy golden amber with tight-knit milky white head that regrows itself from a few swirls. S - Stone fruit, sugary peaches, sweet bread, honey dew melon, herbs, spicy grass, alcohol. T - Sweet bready malt, bruised stone fruit, pepper, dusty yeast, finishes with an earthy green bitterness. Alcohol is very evident. M - Heavy body with ample carbonation, drinks hot. Smells better than it tastes, good fruit esters and the dandelion creates a green bitterness. If it didn’t state it on the bottle, I wouldn’t have known there were dandelions in it though. Alcohol gets in the way. This drinks like 9% ABV. I wish it wasn’t so sweet. Bottle. Pours a hazy orangish gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces thickly. Aroma has a light fruits and a bit of flora with a decent amount of dandelions coming through. Flavor is light with light sweet grains, floral notes and a bit of light fruits. Surprisingly drinkable.

Pours cloudy gold with a medium, clumpy, rather broken off-white head. Nose is floral and vegetal. There is faint farmhouse leather and hay, and an odd creamy/vegetable note that I assume is the dandelion. Slight sweetness turns bitter in the aftertaste. Light to medium body, oily mouthfeel that turns chalky. Pretty interesting.

Chill hazed golden color with a rich ivory head. Dusty pale malt, mild vegetal, earthy, spicy hop aromas. medium body, average carbonation. Dry, spicy, earthy, yeasty flavors with vegetal dandelion, light toast--not bad

This beer impresed my quite a bit. Classic straw yellow big white head classic look. Retention is noticably impressive. Little bit there on the smell of herbs slight citra. taste is well done, floral slight grass, herbal, slight tiny touch of banana, all complemented by the classic dry finish in the background. I think the dandelions are so succint with this beer, it is the most impressive part. What Flora Rustica got wrong this saison got wright. I think the beer should still be catagorized under saison though (flora rustica is)
