goozen (4122) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - JUL 11, 2014

Erzengel (9355) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - APR 7, 2014
33cl. Mild-weich im Antrunk. Süffig mit leichter Süße. Der Hauptteil ist etwas süßer, malzig-weich. Kaum herb.

Oakes (18557) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 22, 2014
Light amber colour. Caramelly, touch metallic, maybe a bit buttery. Body is not big for a holiday lager and the finish is a bit quick.

From bottle at a really great Luxembourgish restaurant in Luxembourg City. Into a medium-height stemware glass. Really liked this, especially vs. the Bofferding and Diekirch I was drinking beforehand. A bit metallic on the aroma, but has a ton of "beer beer" flavor to it - great balance of hops and malt, and all really pronounced. Robust. Kind of like some of the Austrian beers I tried in Vienna recently. Anyway, this was the best of the Luxembourg beers I tried, by far.
