Derbeth (1050) - Kraków, POLAND - OCT 4, 2014
Draught in Riga. Dark brown colour, quickly diminishing head. Floral aroma, herbal in finish. Light sweetness, light bitterness. Full body. I don’t recommend it.

ManVsBeer (10946) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - AUG 6, 2014
Bottle from Continental Food Store, Wakefield. Mahogany-red with next to no head. Has a sticky sweetness, hardly any roasted malt and maintains a relative smooth feel in the palate. Interesting without being outstanding.

mzaar (3640) - Varberg, SWEDEN - JUL 26, 2014
Fat. Mörkbrun öl med smutsvitt skum. Dofter av russin, smörkola och nötter. Smakinslag av karamell, russin, äpple och nötter. Påminner lite om en traditionell svensk julöl. På gränsen att vara för söt. Mjuk munkänsla. Medelstor kropp.

martinrumsam (586) - BARNSTAPLE, Devon, ENGLAND - APR 4, 2014
Bottle. Dark brown with transient tan head. Malty bready aroma. Sweet malty taste. Low carbonation. Interesting to sample a Latvian beer but just ok really

gegwilson (3793) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - MAR 26, 2014
Bottle found in an Eastern European off licence in Nottingham. Pours deep ruby with a quickly fading tan head. Smells fruity and a little funky. This is a very sweet beer, quite syrupy and fruity. There are some malt notes too. Not great, but not terrible.

kiwianer (3428) - Otorohanga, NEW ZEALAND - DEC 15, 2013
The head is ok, the body almost black. It smells a bit fruity, bitter, less hoppy. The taste is dry, hoppy, mild and a bit bitter. Ok .12/10/10/9/-/10 3.1

klajmajk (102) - CZECH REPUBLIC - NOV 15, 2013
This beer was a strange experience. Hardly any hoppiness, sweet milky flavor, brown color. I don’t recommend this one.

Grumbo (3948) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - NOV 11, 2013
Bottle from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn. Copper brown colour with a small white head. Very sweet aroma of caramel and syrup. Heavy sweet taste. Oily texture. Syrupy sweet finish. Not nice, managed half of it but couldn’t take any more.

3.6
Discore (71) - - NOV 1, 2013
Bottle. Dark brown/black, medium beige head. Sweet roasted malt and nut aroma, yet not anything spectacular. Medium sweet, with light bitterness. Medium body. Low carbonation. Long finish. Overall - pleasant and definitely a top tier experience from Bauskas Alus brewery.
