Metallic bottle. Oveja negra pub. Argentina. First of all, bavaria has different breweies for Europe and South America. Here, in Argentina, 8.6 is a great red beer. Alcoholic, good body and excellent taste. Sweet but strong with great presence of hops. Its a little bit metallic but in general is a wonderful beer.

Could be pretentious and say it has overtones of an autumn acorn but I wont. Just a solid beer to sip ice cold on a hot day, strong, bitter, pleasant after taste. Moorish and oh, what a buzz.

Its been a long time... Well. I did not miss this one to be honest. Quite famous among toxic-flavoured supermarket beers, this Bavaria is clearly not a great deal, but I remembered something much worse to be honest. Ultimately, its just good to get you drunk without too much effort, not absolutely undrikable like some stronger trash, but not pleasant either. Alcohol taste, and plenty of it, and the head disappears in a couple of minutes. Theres far worse, but still not a beer id choose by myself. PARTIALLY APPROVED BY TAVERNYS BLACK METAL CREW!

Can - Sweet candy corn and light malts. Clear gold with a rich white head. Much like it tastes, apple and corn sweetness with a touch of alcohol.

Can, 0.5l. Pours clear golden body with medium sized soapy white head. Despite poor head retention it does leave some lacing. Smell is very sweet and malty, notable presence of sugar, wood and alcohol. Medium body with very thick and oily texture, softly carbonated. Combination of malty sweetness and alcohol bitterness. Boozy mouthfeel with alcohol burn on the tongue. Aroma of malts, yeast, sugar, syrup, caramel, wood and alcohol. Lasting finish, dry and boozy, followed by sugary mouthfeel. Overall, quite good.

Old rating, sampled at Caf Buitenlust, Oirschot. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, a little bit sweet, some alcohol. Easy drinkable, a bit too easy perhaps but I like it.

Bierdimpfe (530) - Quebec, CANADA - SEP 20, 2016
Bright golden color with a moderate amount of activity. Faint foamy white 2 finger, lasting around 5 minutes, with faint lacing. Flavors of sweet grains, roasted corn, noble spices, faint skunk and butter. Light body with a faint finish of syrup and grassy hops. Overall very poorly crafted. Bland, boozy, flat, blah. Feels terribly adjunct.

Nice can and the drink temperature is here on. Clear golden beer with a short white head, no body and no character, light malty, more a Pils with more alcohol, finish is very short, (I have 0.5l can with batch C2Qb 51608L and best-before 01-2018)

Grains, sweet, golden with a huge white head not very persistant, light/medium body, medium carbonation, metallic and alcohol is too much present, quite sweet...imperial pils are practically always a problem.
