Het bier geproefd op de diamanten bruiloft van m’n opa en oma. Het heeft een donker bruine kleur, met bruin schuim. En heeft een zoete afdronk

One of the more enjoyable "Oud Bruin" style of beers, of which I’m not too fond.

A nice malt beer with lots of sugar and, of course, some malt. Drinkable, thin - easy to drink. Doesn´t even stand out compared to other Oude Bruins.

McTapps (6856) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - MAR 25, 2014
Pours out of the bottle in a deep dark brown colour with steadyy low head and medium to thin body. Aroma of malt and sugar. Taste of malt, sugar, leaves, caramel, apples and cake. Easy drinkable and not that bad.

kraddel (7859) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - NOV 30, 2013
Pours very dark and deep brown/red Small darker foam Smells weird . I get dark malts , bit perfume .. Sweet taste . Some malts , some sugar . Also get the FOB fleshyness , but not the sour aspect . By far the best from bavaria yet

blackisle (2528) - IJburg, NETHERLANDS - NOV 11, 2013
Clear dark brown, thin tan head, roasted malt aroma, caramel, coffee, light body, taste, sugary sweet, slightly bitter, hint of sourness, thin texture, light body, finish as in taste

undercurrent25 (2130) - Barnton, Cheshire, ENGLAND - OCT 27, 2013
Pours a brown colour, watery with only a slight malt, not a great beer, can see why it was only 90 Euro cents a bottle

Shaney (2423) - Köln / Cologne, GERMANY - SEP 10, 2013
Rotbraunes Bier, kaum Schaum. Süßes Vitamalzaroma. Im Geschmack leider noch süßer als Vitamalz und dazu noch mit einer künstlichen Süßstoffnote. Nur mit Abstrichen trinkbar.

ShivanDragon (4086) - Leeuwarden, NETHERLANDS - APR 22, 2013
@Backlog donker bruin, smalle kraag, enorm suikerzoet, karamel, waterig, en zacht, niet lekker (water en zoetigheid)

rok1024 (1272) - Maribor, SLOVENIA - MAR 28, 2013
One of the better Oud Bruin style beers. Better beer-style and less sweet-water taste. Recommended.
