2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
aroma starts off skunky, slight fruitiness. Clear Sleeman-esque bottle accentuates very pale yellow appearance. Head is thin, carbonation high. Quite bland and boring, I guess Molson is trying to position this beer against Corona. Clash of the Titans!

Sorry, but I don't feel this was as bad as everyone says.Pale straw, stark white head. Large, plentiful bead. Corny grainy nose.Flavor is light corn, light malt.Nothing special, but would be a refreshing summer beer.

UPDATED: MAY 9, 2005 The bartender assured me that this was a delicious brazilian import. When I poured this into a glass I was amazed at the colour, rather the lack of it. Pours a very light yellow colour with a very thin head. Aroma is of corn and sweetness. A very light beer, might(?) be good on those hot summer days .

Light yellow. Aroma and body are sugary and sweet, very light hops. Sweet and disgusting.

Pale yellow w/ white readily dissipating head. Faint corn aroma. Watery feel. Extremely mild & watery sweet corn flavour. Surprisingly not overly skunked.

Body is golden with lots of bubbles. Head was big and bubbly but quickly disappeared. Aroma was skunked to the max. Taste seemed to include light amounts of hops, corn and sugar. Finish was suprisingly decent. Competition perhaps with Corona drinkers?

Light straw. Oversized bubbles. Light grass, light corn notes; very faint malt. Lacking in body. Molson is pushing this beer to the moon, so I'm sure it will do well, but it's crap.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: JUN 2, 2004 This beer celebrated my 2 years at Ratebeer. I know it had clear glass bottle, had nothing of great German Pilsner, nothing except feel that it wanted more. What makes this beer different from many of other beers is that it does try to be better. Other than that light, drinkable sweet lager. Thanks Doug! Radek Fest 03 tomorrow!

Fresh from the liqour store they said they just got it in the day before. So it actually didn't get bad or skunky because of that clear glass bottle it tries to hide in. I'm assuming this is the same thing. It says 'A Marca Bavaria' a friend of mine was the first to have on from the six I just got. He said it was wheaty but still tasted like a tropical beer. I'll have to agree. It has a wheat overtone to it. That just isn't anything to noticable. Smells sweet and tastes just as sweet. I would say this thing would only be good as fresh as you can possibly get it and when its hiding on the bottom shelf in a pile of beers that no one eles hardly ever looks at it more then likely going to be skunky. Right next to that case of Gold Crown thats getting ratty and warm as hell dispite the box saying to keep it in the fridge because it's unpasturized.
