Blatantly not from Bavaria but it does tastes a little bit like a Helles. Nice soft malt but its a bit milky. Not much hop going on but I guess thats the style. Not bad.

500 ml can. Very pale golden beer with thin white head, fading back quickly to thin lace. Aroma of hay, pale malt. Flavour is slightly sweet, pale malt, grassy hops. Comes across a bit industrial. Sweetish finish.

its a lot better from the tap than it is from the bottle, but its still the same stuff. cheap golden fizzy european lager. The first sip always tastes a bit skunky, but it finishishes clean and crisp.

Pours pale with a big, quick fading white head. The aroma is grassy, grainy and skunky. The flavor is grassy and dry. The mouthfeel is sparkling, finish is metallic.

Cans picked up at Morrissons, Aylesbury 8th August 2006, and drank this in a field at Cropredy, Fairport Conventions Cropredy Festival Friday 11th August. Pours light golden, very fizzy, but very very unexciting, refreshing is probably a plus point I could put its way. I have had a lot better but to be fair I have had an awful lot worse.

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2006 One of the last dregs of the Liquorland lot. Amazed I hadnt tasted it yet, thought I was through with novelty pilsners. Poured a sparkling, yellowy gold with fine carbonation capped off with a loose, rocky white crown that managed to stick around for the length leaving minimal legs. Dry, fresh mowed grass and dusty malt aroma, quite clean but lacking somewhat. Thin, watery, soft palate. Light blend of barnyard grain, souring malt and stale hops. Gently bitter on the finish with a soapy, short swallow. Nothing too offensive, quite straightforward, bland and brain-dead quaffing. So-so. (33cL, BBE 05/07, Liquorland throughout Oz)
re-rate - Bloody spelling mistakes, bloody iespell not working...

Yikes. Upon opening the bottle a large cork like head pushed it way up looking for all the world like styrofoam. Poured into a glass it was mostly this thick head until it settled down into a pale yellow brew. Almost no nose. Slight hint of hops/ Very bland taste. Not much good.

Bottle thanks to sliffy...thanks jerk. Gold pour with a white head. Skunky aroma coupled with a skunky light corn flavor. Light body with a crisp mouthfeel. Obviously this beer was damaged goods, but even past that it was fairly boring.
