COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

DijkBier (482) - AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS - MAR 4, 2017
This one ges a prize for funniest title (in Dutch)... Bottle at home, pours dark brown with tan head. Aroma is very malty (8 types of malt in it!), rye bread, and indeed prunes, raisin, dark fruits, some brown sugar. Taste is accordingly, light bitter and medium sweet. The rye bread and prunes are a little too heavy, without nuance, which satiates while drinking.

minutemat (5801) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - NOV 24, 2016
330ml bottle from trade with Benzai. Many thanks chap! Pours dark brown, good off-white head. Aroma of earthy spice and brown sugar. Taste is smooth, spicey with a fair sweetness. Not a lot of love for this here, and yes it’s a bit sweet and perhaps more in tune with a dubbel, but on a cold night like tonight I rather like it.
