Cask at GBBF. Dark amber, still, small foamy white head. Aroma is caramel, floral, garden, chopped wood. Body is medium, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is toffee, grassy hops, a little resinous with a soft bitterness. Quite nice. tderoeck (9735) - Gent, BELGIUM - AUG 27, 2015

Clear orange beer, creamy irregular beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, lots of caramel, malty, soft fruity notes. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet malty start, caramel, honey, pretty bitter, fruity, hops, bit metallic. Aftertaste: fruity, citrus, bit grassy, malty, alcohol, marzipan, little oxidized.
Can at tderoeck’s place. Danky, pine, resinous, malty backbone. Pretty tasty! harrisoni (18578) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - AUG 11, 2015
Cask gravity at GBBF 2015. Deep amber colour lasting beige head. Now that is quite nice pear drops pine resin. Lovely balanced. Best American ipa so far. Quick3Beers (1234) - East Falmouth, Massachusetts, USA - JUL 3, 2015
Pours a hazy amber from a can, sweet piney aroma, metallic bitter flavor, thin mouthfeel. Meh.

Very hooped, but not obnoxiously. Nice roasted malt provides a good foil for the piney bitterness. Good effort from Baxter, my first from them. Jow (3925) - New York, USA - MAY 25, 2015
Tap at yard house prior to sox game. Amber pour ome finger head. Nose is resin and pine. Tastes of pine, caramel, resin, earth, leaves, and touch of soap. Fine palate. Decent dchmela (3064) - Orlando, Florida, USA - MAY 23, 2015
Tap at the Gibson. Clear gold pour. Big west coast hop aroma. Clean malt and citrus pine taste. Jabah (497) - Winter Park, Florida, USA - MAY 18, 2015
They are calling this West Coast style, but seems a little closer to an English style IPA. Lighter orange semi-cloudy appearance. Malt to hop balance leaning more towards the malts on this one. Some bitter citrus in the aroma and finish. I’ve tried four of Baxter’s brews now in their 12-pack vareity, and I usually judge a new brewery that I try on their IPA. I’d say that these guys are good and above average, but not great. Gruffyboy (41) - - MAY 15, 2015
Nice Amber pour and decent lacing and head retention. Solid malt back and mild bitterness but clean finish. Nice IPA
