COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A heavily-hopped, West Coast-style IPA. Bold, complex flavors with a solid malt backbone and assertive hop profile, along with cold conditioning give this beer its crisp, clean finish.

Poured from draft at my local Whole Foods, nice dark color, you can taste both the IPA part and the malty backing to it. I was expecting more of an IPA but it was still good ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

2014-08-15. Yellow body with a small white head. Aroma is muted, light hops and malt. Flavour is moderately bitter throughout mild grainy malt core. Average bodied palate, good carbonation. Just okay. Can at Campground Brewdown

Burnt orange in color with thickish head and some lacing. Nose- caramel, grass, citrus. Flavor- metallic, grassy/earthy, and caramel malts. Didn’t care for the flavor as much as I thought I would. Strange bitterness mixed with a lingering metallic aftertaste.

Clear amber pour with a slight white head. Sweet hoppy nose. Hoppy, oxidized and spicy hops. Bitter finish.

Can from John - thanks! Orange pour with a smaller white head. Aroma is caramel, cheese, and citrus. Lighter carbonation. Nice brew.

A really good solid APA/ IPA with lovelly aroma and a good hoppy flavour. Perhaps a little on the dry side, but not as much as green head ipa. Would drink this again on draught, not tried in the can. Good with Mardi Gras Pizza and House Salad at Napper Tandy in Roslindale, Boston.

Bought at Shaw’s in Auburn, Maine. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a frothy beige head, great retention and dirty lacing. Fruity malt nose with good grassy hops. Same for taste, with some good bitterness in the finish. Beautiful 6-pack of cans with the skull that caught my eye. The beer supports the look.

The real thing. Thick, reddish amber appearance, nice aroma and palate, hoppy bite but without the dry mouth follow-up that some IPAs have. Tastey, great one for the price.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2015 On tap at Duffy’s In Kennebunk, ME. Pours a mahogany color with a thin, mottled, white head. Nose is citrus hops, predominately grapefruit. Taste is correspondingly bitter. Full bodied brew with moderately lively carbonation. Very nice! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Trade from Willrunforbeer. Nicely quaffable - mostly hop forward, with notes of pine or spruce, then a subtle but sturdy caramel malt base. Dryish finish. I’d drink a lot of it if I could get it here.
