Draft at YNWA - Beautiful dense whipped cream like foam head on a very light hazy pale body; Excellent nose, a clear touch of Gose mixed with intense noble hop aromas, very fine complex and balanced; Balanced very pleasant body, soft textured with a fitting sharp carbonation, very fine; Very long dry excellent finish, fine mix of hoppy and yeasty drying fell, fine earthy bitterness, fruity and very very fine. Excellent beer, excellent IPA!

Tap @ YNWA, Kolding.
Pours completely clear golden with a medium, staying, frothy, white head. Aroma is grassy, peach, floral, fresh, light crisp maltiness. Medium carbonation, a tad thin but still rather creamy and dry. Flavour is elegantly dry, floral, piney, a bit of herbal tea. Crisp malty balance. Very nice IPA.

Interessante IPA nei canoni dello stile: profumo resinoso di luppolo, molto fresco. In bocca la dolcezza del malto equilibra l’amaro, rendendo il sorso piacevole. Finale delicato.

A new beer at the Bayerischer Bahnhof. Brewed with 4 different hops. Looks good in the glass, zippy, nice head. Hoppy aroma, almost a bit sweet. Starts mild but not washy, fine flowery-hoppy, modest sweet touch. Intense hoppy, but not too dry. Finish mild-grasy, a bit fruity like lemon. Quite drinkable. Great beer!
