Bottle - Fruity esters and sweet malts. Pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Caramel sweetness with a light bitterness and long sweet honey like finish. Highly carbonated. Nice and sweet with some body, i like it. Cousin_Larry (895) - - JUN 19, 2015
Biere de Mars is a centuries old, French farmhouse seasonal brew. Released every March and traditionally crafted with the farm’s freshest crop of barley, wheat and hops, these brewers spent months aging what was considered their finest beer of the year. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 25, 2012
12 oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold body with a small fizzy white head that faded to a thin film. The nose is quite interesting, it’s incredibly fruity smelling. Not sure if there was fruit used in here or not, but if there wasn’t then the yeast in here is doing amazing things. Might be a little from the hops used as well. Either way, it smells pretty delicious with lots of tangerine and passionfruit. The flavor is still pretty nice, some tangerine fruitiness in here as well, nice yeastiness, some pale malt, light and very easy drinking. Long lingering finish with some yeastiness and bready malt. The hops in here are real nice, excellent choice for the style. Almost reminds me a bit of Stillwater Stateside because of the hops. Light bodied with a nice soft texture and lively carbonation. Pretty darn good beer. LilBeerDoctor (3931) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 20, 2013
On tap at dba New Orleans. Pours a clear golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of bready malt, peppery spices, light fruits. Flavor of pepper, lemon zest, bready malt, orange rind. Solid biere de garde, tasty and drinkable. Nothing terribly exciting but it is good for what it is supposed to be.

12oz bottle shared by someone who was not me. Dudeabide, I think. Clear golden orange amber color. Thin off-white head. Couple dots of lace. Medium plus body. Smooth, lighter carbonation. Kind of crisp, more dry texture. Moderate bitter taste, more dry sweet. Good toasty malt, biscuity aroma. Light grassy hop. Good American bier de grade, satisfyingly hoppy. Nice stuff. mcnealc31 (255) - Elida, Ohio, USA - AUG 15, 2012
Poured with overwhelming carbonation. Actually took two pours to get the 12 oz bottle into a 16 oz glass. Clean white and fluffy head. Looks cloudy and light yellow. In fact, at first glance it looks like a hefe. Citrus sweetness and some grassiness in the aroma. The flavor is lead by sweet and slightly toasted malt, herbs, touch of grassy biterness from the hops. Banana in the finish, too.
Interesting flavors and really smooth. Worth a shot. mar (5417) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 26, 2012
bottle thanks to americanbrew. gold pour with a white head. nose is bread, malts, heavy dough, and sweet. easy on the palate, light hops, malts, sweet finish. sweet like a pastry. phaleslu (10271) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 15, 2013
12 oz. bottle shared by DrSilverworm- thanks again, Chris! Pours a clear gold with a small white head. Aroma of sweet malts, straw, florals, soap, maybe a hint of funk. Flavor of sweet malts, caramel, grass, florals, cereal, and grains. Light-bodied, with a dry, malty mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Didn’t strike me as a BDG. Just a nondescript ale. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JAN 13, 2013
Draft at avenue pub. Grassy golden pour. Grassy herbal notes. Sweet malts with some grassy bitterness. Mild flavor, ok
