12oz Bottle from local store. beautiful amber color with creamy head. Smell is smoke. Taste is light smoke and wheat . Very thin mouthfeel. Caramel is dominate in aftertaste. Kinda sweet and sticky finish. Interesting beer. But not a lot going on

New Beer Distributors, NY 12oz ($2ish): Pours a bronze color with a whitish head. Aroma is smoked meat for the most part, without too much of the what being present. Taste is basically a light smoked ale. Everything is done just fine and it is plenty sessionable. I ain’t have no problem with this.

Cybercat (5834) - Georgia, USA - MAY 13, 2013
Comes out of the growler a dark honey-golden, almost mahogany, a little hazy, with a fairly thick light tan head. Malty aroma has an overtone of smoky barbecue and a hint of honey. Flavor has firm smoky and malty tones with a honey hint. Firm, smooth texture has a good tingle to it and leaves a smoky barbecue-ish finish. Enjoy, but don’t get too "smoked"!

Wanted something around five percent to go with my Friday work lunch. This beer was abominably bad. Poured a light brown color with white head. Maybe I don’t understand the concept behind a smoked beer, but if it is supposed too mimic drinking a campfire, I think I can do without this style. Not a good beer. Draft - Leon’s - Decatur, GA

Cavie (4718) - Arlington, Texas, USA - MAY 11, 2013
Bottle. Pours a clear yellow orange color with a ring of white head. Aroma is band aid, smoky phenols, wheat and maybe some sweet notes. Flavor is not as harsh as expected but it has some certain smoky notes. More peated. Still a light band aid flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Appearance: very clear, deep amber to orange color, small white head Aroma: wheat, grain, wood, smoky Taste: smokey, wood, very faint hints of coffee Palate: smooth, frothy, no aftertaste, moderate to lively carbonation Overall: a very simple, if highly drinkable, beer. smoke is mostly the only flavors

BrewBoxer (2636) - New York, New York, USA - MAY 7, 2013
Draft at the beer authority NYC. Slightly smoked wheat beer. A little too watered down for me. Ok ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The medly of off flavors in this beer is pretty astounding. There is some metallic taste, some vegetable aromas, capped off with a slick mouthfeel. Picked up in NOLA in spring, 2013.

jtclockwork (16581) - , New Jersey, USA - APR 17, 2013
Bottle. Pours reddish amber with off white head. Nose and taste of smoke, ripe banana, grain, smoked wheat malt, spicy malt and slight metallic/vegetal notes. Medium body. Drinkable.

daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - MAR 4, 2013
Brown pour, beige head. Aroma of smoke, caramel, herbal notes, bready notes. Flavor is smoke, odd herbal flavors dont meld all to well with the beer. Messy. Meh.
