UPDATED: SEP 15, 2013 On tap; pours a very dark brown with nice coffee head. Aroma somewhat sweet. Taste was of cocoa, very light bodied compared to other german dunkels but very easy drinking and I would definitely buy again

Tap at Arde Lucus, Gijon, Spain. Deep brown pour. Tan head. The nose is really nutty and toasty. Has a lot of grass and toasted malt. Has a touch of caramel and some light bitterness. Pretty nice to me.

At a tasting, thanks, very little head, ;ight hazy lightish brown color, aroma of dark bread with hints of cola and wax, flavor of dark bread and cola with some caramel, light but noticable sourness. Drinkable but not really good.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks beerandbeyond. Amber-brown. Malt, caramel, some nuts, a bit vegetal, sweetish, slightly bitterish finish. OK.

MikeBeermaster (1169) - that shaggy maggot, POLAND - OCT 7, 2017
Faint aroma of caramel malt with some wet cardboard touch and brown sugary note. Dark amber in the glass, minimal head. Taste is bland with some minimal grainy touch and hints of roasted cereals with a caramelly, earthy finish. Typical everyday table beer, nothing more.

SonOfAnarchy (570) - ST HELENA - OCT 6, 2017
Bottle. Pours very dark ruby with a beige head. Aroma of faint burned caramel, malt. Taste is slight sweet, with a very low bitterness. Flavors of slight caramel, slight dark malts. Medium body, watery smooth texture, average to low carbonation. Definitely a very meek brew when it comes to aroma and taste.
