Swingtop bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours dark copper with a beige head. Mild floral aroma with some light caramel. Med body, almost. Flavor suggests English bitter for a second, then develops a hint of malt sour, then moves on to a rather tasty caramel with not too spicy noble hop. Good drink. kingvit (409) - - MAY 4, 2014

Nothing special. ruigo (3080) - PORTUGAL - MAY 3, 2014
Shared a 50cl bottle. Pours a brownish yellow colour with a off-white head. Aroma is malty, fruity and lightly caramel. Average carbonation and medium to light body. Taste is more bitter than sweet, with a dry finish. Overall, a very drinkable beer. troyc (2869) - Illinois, USA - MAY 2, 2014
[Tap] Pours a murky dark yellow color with a ton of white head. Grass, straw and grain notes are thin in the nose. The taste is more pronounced compared to the aroma. More grass, caramel malts, white bread and sweet grains in the taste. Earthy finish. On the thin side. Not bad. Tasting notes from 12/2011. Chopper925 (589) - Gross Gerau, GERMANY - APR 30, 2014
Bottle. Pours in an beautiful amber-brown with a rather fast fading white head. Malty, grainy aroma with hints of fruits. Taste is sour with malty sweetness, well balanced. Carbonation is fresh with thin body.
ineedbeer (2255) - Oakland, California, USA - APR 20, 2014
Poured from a 500mL bottle.
Aroma is super grainy with wheat character and a hint of caramel. No diacetyl or phenolics. Moderate toasted bread notes. No esters or hop aroma.
Pours a somewhat cloudy, copper-orange with a fairly thick, pillowy white head with good retention. Moderately high lacing with faint legs.
Flavor is moderately sweet with toasted bread and light caramel. Light graininess and wheat notes. Medium light bitterness with no hop flavor. No diacetyl, esters or phenolics.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Light silkiness upfront with a crisp finish. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall a nice clean beer with a lot of malt character. Easy drinking with a clean finish. A touch stale. ARH (1165) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 20, 2014
On tap poured into a shaker. Roasted grains, fresh baked bread, some spice, and caramel, with a slight bubblegum aroma lightly emanate from this clear, orange-brown beer. The white head reduces down to a filmy white layer with a medium-thick ring and leaves a light, splotchy lace. The beer has a more bitter, medium front end, with a medium light sweetness backing it. The beer is more on the full side of medium bodied with a thin texture and an all around average, soft carbonation. The finish is dry and crisp with a buttery toast flavor. A roasted grain and caramel flavor linger in the aftertaste for a short, abrupt period. Renobob (2064) - Besançon, FRANCE - APR 10, 2014
Bue à la pression. Malts bien présents, pointe de caramel agréable. Rien d’exceptionnel par ici. olio (10546) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 2, 2014
50 cl bottle.crossovert (13869) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 31, 2014
Pours amber color with a large head. Aroma is malty and somewhat grainy, faint fruits and hay also. Flavor is also malty and a bit dry, some caramel notes and sweetish fruit, faint wood on the finish. Slick malty palate. Good malty body, quite tasty actually.
500ml swing top. Bottled 3 months ago. Hazed caramel amber pour, big frothy off-white head. The smell is cut grass, lime zest, mixed grains, bread. 3 months and an overseas journey has taken a little out of it. Flavor still tastes a bit stable and fresh. Herbs cutting through and a large caramel and bread malt flavor. Seems liek a solid beer, very hoppy and assertive.
