Thx! to Man-ki. 50 cl. swing-top bottle sampled @ “Panda group launch 2013 tasting”. BBF 27/05/2014. pours a copper amber with a big white head. Nose is full of grains, sweet plastic, yeast, faint banana,… Taste is sweet plastic & grains, hay, floral, light banana, potato, starch, reasonable amount of yeast. Body is a touch starch-like. Honestly only slightly better than a pale lager in my pinioning, I expected something more exiting.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle courtesy of Deanso. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is yeast, malt and a little fruit lurking in there. The flavour is neutral veggie with a little banana and yeast. Medium bodied with low carbonantion and a thin texture.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Reddish amber, almost copper, color, with a white head, quite shortlasting. The aroma is inclined to malts and yeast, no trace of hops: bread, grain and yeast. The mouthfeel is basically sweet and light, to caramel, brown sugar and a hint of toffee which are attenuated by some metallic touch and a very discrete bitterness. Watery texture, medium carbonated and medium to low bodied, is nice and refreshing, but not a great beer. The best is its drinkability; the drawback is its lack of character.
