Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops, yeast and grain with a mild citrus note. Creamy mouthfeel. Sourish and sweetish taste of grain and yeast with subtle hoppy notes. Dryish aftertaste. An OK hefeweizen, just a little anonymous. Bonus points for organic ingredients.

Shaney (2423) - Köln / Cologne, GERMANY - FEB 23, 2013
Orange-gelb, viel Schaum. Hefe, Banane und etwas Nelke im Aroma. Sämiger Antrunk. Startet fruchtig-malzig, wird zunehmend hefiger und endet im Nelke-Hopfenabgang. Gutes Bio Bier!

3.5
Sigmund (7917) - Tau, NORWAY - FEB 16, 2013
500 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård, Denmark. ABV is 5.0%. Hazy golden colour, large to medium white head. Typical hefeweizen aroma of over-ripe bananas, banana split toffee and cloves. Typical h.w. flavour too, not the sweetest of its kind, moderate notes of banana and cloves. The mouthfeel could have been fuller, even for a hefeweizen. Minimal hops.

3.4
abemorsten (3683) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - FEB 16, 2013
0,5 l bottle kindly shared by Sigmund. ABV is 5,0%. Hazy golden body with a fingerthick dense off-white head. Ripe banana and spicy clove on the nose as well as toffee caramel. Mouth is sweet banana initially followed by a fruity tail. Medium bodied. Smooth to drink.

3.4
Marko (6106) - Split / Zagreb, CROATIA - JAN 18, 2013
Tegut Marburg. Full murky yellow body. Big thick white head, lasting. Yeasty creamy nose, dusty, banana. Ok. Mild yeasty sweetish taste, caramel and banana. Soft, cool, likable.

3.2
DuffMan (10665) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 2, 2013
Bottle, unsure of the freshness. Very hazy medium golden colour with a generous white head. Aroma is spicy clove and slight citrus. Flavour is spicy clove, green banana, light lemon. Lightly tart finish. Good, but not outstanding (again, I’m not sure how old this bottle is, so ....)
