Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, dusty, moderate hoppy, wood, olives, light raisin - soy sauce. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, wood, tart, dusty, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
