First impression is of watered down cider,no distinct perry flavour unlike British perry I tasted years ago.Certainly wouldn’t follow the advice on thebox to serve over ice.Having said that,at £4.99 for 3litres who’s complaining? But perry should be more distinct from cider,Swedish pear cider’s also tasteless so maybe climate/pear type related?

Polybag in box 3000ml. @ [ (chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig) by chriso - London ].

Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, wood, light apple. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, perry, sweet sugary pear. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Bag in box @ Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’13. Pours a pale yellow color with a small fast disappearing white head. Has a fruity burnt plastic pear aroma. Fruity spicy burnt rubbery pear flavor. Has a fruity spicy burnt pear finish.

Bladder bag boxed affair at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013, 10/08/13. Clear almost colourless affair - pale pale yellow if you must and some must might have improved this shite! Nose is staircases - gertcha you cow sons - with me still ? Taste follows - more staircases but as with the nose of an artificial/processed nature. Medium bodied, dry in the finish. Artificial plasticy crap.
