In Ordnung!
Danke an Barak für das Bier!
Test vom 21.3.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,9,8,11,9 - 8,85 Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 14, 2011
Bottle. Gold with slight haze. Stable head forms like a Belgian, and appears to have Belgian yeast. This is confirmed by the aroma, which is Pelgian pils-like or at least Belgian strong ale-like. Nice perfume and citrus (orange or Indian sweetlime juice). Soft palate. Yeasty funk and a little unfortunate sourness and pedio. Maybe has an infection but not enough to impede enjoyment. Has a high degree of astringency. Like sucking on a raw persimmon. The citrus also carries through. Not the most well-executed beer, and although more than ok at first, it gets worse by the sip.DrnkMcDermott (3193) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - FEB 27, 2011
re-rate from brewpub. Is hazy pale blonde. Funky aroma has pedio and sweet, nutty cereal. No hops :( 4-3-4-2-8 = 2.1
Bottled. Thanks to Chicago Beer Society member Michael Rosenow for bringing this and some Taybeh over! Beer for peace! Pours a very light color in our skinny taster glasses. Some cloudiness. Smell and taste are just a little sweet and malty. Not much hops beyond a good balance to malt. I pick up a slight white grape or wine note, then a tinge pf sourness at the end. tom127 (19) - ISRAEL - AUG 31, 2010

Poured golden yellow, simple, sweet, thin, little citrus, grainy, little malty, slight grassy. AgentSteve (1647) - SF Bay Area, California, USA - APR 9, 2009
Bottle from DSG, pours golden with a white head. Kind of lactic in the flavor with a sweeter nose. Flavor is very Berliner Weisse like. I don’t think this is intentional. omhper (26043) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 17, 2008
Bottled, thanks DSG! Hazy golden, small brief head. Buttery fruity nose. Sweet and soft, medium bodied with vanilla and creamy orange. Finishes slightly lactic with low bitterness. More a fruity, creamy helles than a pilsener. YK23 (465) - Haifa, ISRAEL - MAY 24, 2008
Bottle: sweetish aroma, very soft and quite thin bodied, some lemony notes, some weak apple notes, dry grassy finish, too mild overall. ok. PilsnerPeter (3049) - Flushing, New York, USA - MAR 21, 2008
Bottle - Very generously provided by DSG, thanks!: Pours a light golden with a slight haze. The compact white head is dense and well retained. The aroma has some crisp apple-like fruity notes as well as a mild herbal hop touch. Fluffy light body with a crisp flavor. Very light and soft malt character with a crisp grassy bitterness to balance. A traditional and simple profile, but it’s very clean and tasty. Feels like some really soft/fresh water was used to make this stuff. Easy drinking.
