hayduke (5619) - Eureka, California, USA - MAR 11, 2017
Sampled at Beach Chalet Brewpub in SF. Pour was clear yellow Nose of grains. Very light body and a watery mouthfeel. Flavor is something odd. No finish at all. A glass of Bud would be better.

joeneugs (6371) - Livermore, California, USA - SEP 25, 2016
On tap at Lake Chalet under the Lady of the Lake alias. It pours a pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma has huge notes of buttered popcorn and dough. Uncooked grains. The flavor is the same. Low carbonation with heavy notes of butter and lighter notes of lemon and noble hops. Pretty much a train wreck.

Typical light. A bit more citrusy than most. Very watery appearance. Nice view of the beach to accompany it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - SEP 26, 2013
Draught @ the Beach Chalet restaurant. Clear golden pour. Aroma is slightly sweaty and grainy, some spices and quite watery. Flavor is slightly bitter, some grains and thin with some meatyness. Strange brew.

mrhoppy (1288) - Santa Clara, California, USA - AUG 19, 2013
Pale gold beer with a slight haze. Light dry palate. Moderate carbonation. Floral bitterness with a little citrus. Dry finish with a lingering bitter aftertaste.

brokensail (16633) - Dublin, California, USA - DEC 25, 2012
Pale straw colored pour with a white head. Rather vegetal hop aroma. Fruity esters, straw, grass, and pale malt notes with a primarily grain sweetness. Perhaps a hint of yeast. The flavor is watery, vegetal, and grassy. A bit salty, even. Some grain sweetness, pale malt, yeast, and a mild fruit ester component.

lusikka (7819) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 19, 2012
Draught @ the brewpub, San Francisco. Rated on 18.10.2012.
Pours a clear pale yellow colour with a small foamy head. Aroma of mild grainy malts, some hay and honey. Flavour of grassy hops, grainy malts and hay. Light bodied, foamy mouthfeel and a light malty finish with bitterness. Pretty German for a Golden Ale.

DruncanVeasey (8260) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - SEP 12, 2012
Tap at the brewpub, 17/08/12. Fizzing, thin-lidded pale straw with strands of lace. Light herbal, grassy aroma with sesame sprinkled bun. Sesame and grassy hop finishing with bread. Dash of lemon. A bit throwaway but pleasant.

Wanja (771) - GERMANY - AUG 2, 2012
Very boring taste. Almost comparible with Budweiser or even Miller. Even light beers can taste better...

Sledutah (7791) - Utah, USA - APR 10, 2012
On tap at the brewery
Appearance: Clear light golden with a medium white head and good lacing
Citrus, honey and wheat in both aroma and taste
OK, just a light beer with some light taste.
