COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Amalgamator is our newest "West Coast" IPA thats bursting with unique aromas and flavors. A light base of American 2-row malt makes way for the hops to take the stage. Amalgamator is hopped in the kettle with Amarillo, Warrior, Columbus, and Mosaic, a brand new American variety. The dry hop is a massive charge of Mosaic that lays down an amalgam of passion fruit, dank resin, and citrus aromas.

Bottle to pint glass. Beautiful aroma that mixes dank resins and tropical wonderfully. Moderately hazy golden-yellow with full white head. Head is well retained, billowy with varied size bubbles. Flavor follows aroma but more restrained in all aspects. Mouthfeel is medium-thin. Finishes semi-dry. Citrus flavors shows more as it warms.

Nice clear pale with one finger head. Aroma is green onion, citrus, armpit and some melon in only the way mosaic can bring the BO. Taste is a nice bitterness and balanced sweetness. Overall a solid beer if unastounding.

Bottle. Pouts clear golden orange, medium white head, dissipates fairly quickly, good residual and lacing. Dank sweaty tropical aroma, hints of green onion and garlic as well. Flavor is pretty dry, light plus bitter, dank and tropical, armpits. Fairly thin bodied for a 7% beer. Some lingering bitterness.

Nice strong hop profile, resiny and oily but not too much - gives me a mental image of hop vine covered birch trees that have just gotten new light green leaves in spring. Great balance, fruity heel also behind those hops. Great IPA, something that really hit the spot.

Medium dark Amber color. Lot of stone fruit and caramel malt in the nose. Full body. Agressively hoppy but decent balance. Good stuff

Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and finely crisp. Light malts, modest creamy sweetness. Great hops - yellow and pink grapefruit. Mild hop skunk. Hop spice. Modest tropical fruits underneath. Light piney spicy finish. Very flavoursome and hugely drinkable.
