COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Amalgamator is our newest "West Coast" IPA that’s bursting with unique aromas and flavors. A light base of American 2-row malt makes way for the hops to take the stage. Amalgamator is hopped in the kettle with Amarillo, Warrior, Columbus, and Mosaic, a brand new American variety. The dry hop is a massive charge of Mosaic that lays down an amalgam of passion fruit, dank resin, and citrus aromas.

Pours a somewhat cloudy orange color with a small white head. A nice fresh fruity nose. The flavor is big sugary natural oranges, resin, orange peel, zesty. Very good. Fresh bitterness. Lovely.

Slight haze, light blondish-amber. On the nose, some slightly stewed fruits, leaning towards the papaya tropical. Bitter, lean pale malts and the hop taste is a really nice grapefruit with a touch of papaya.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a relatively clear gold with a medium sized white head. Citrus, malt, a bit of fruit on the nose. Mangonion comes out right away, but fades into citrus and musk, melon. Slow bitterness, a bit of cool melon. Long musky finish.

On tap at Loyal Legion, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney and resinous hops, and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is assertive, with lots of piney hops, a bit of hop resins and crisp biscuity malt. Very punchy and aggressive, but highly palatable. Excellent.

LCI. Uit de fles geschonken. Wat een enorme hopbom: bloemig en fruitig in de neus. Hop, bitter, fruit, bloemen in de smaak, Heerlijk. Top IPA
