COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Amalgamator is our newest "West Coast" IPA thats bursting with unique aromas and flavors. A light base of American 2-row malt makes way for the hops to take the stage. Amalgamator is hopped in the kettle with Amarillo, Warrior, Columbus, and Mosaic, a brand new American variety. The dry hop is a massive charge of Mosaic that lays down an amalgam of passion fruit, dank resin, and citrus aromas.

Bottle. Pours clear golden. Aroma is grassy, citric and also a bit tropical. Body is medium, well carbonated, and very round and balanced. Still fruity and lightly sweet, but conserving a rather dry palate. Bitterness is present, but never dominates. Good.

Bomber pours a brilliant clear golden color with a nice head of white foam, leaving good lacing. Aroma is nice, tropical, grapefruit, passion fruit, dank. Flavor is bitter as a mother with just a touch of sweetness to balance. Lots of citrus rind and pine resin brutality. Medium bodied, really nice feel. Does a number on your mouth. Very legit.

@RBB Dank and fruit (tropical and citrus) together, an awesome combo. Low to moderate bitterness. Intense yet crushable.

Bomber purchased at Brothers Provisions ($10). POURS a quite clear golden amber hue with one finger of fluffy white foam. AROMA of overripe tropical fruits, straight dank, sweet citrus, some stone fruit and melon, with a bit of spicy and onion-y hops. FLAVOR of juicy tropical (mango, pineapple) and citrus (tangerine, passion fruit) fruits, dank and herbal hops, with minimal malt presence. Low to moderate bitterness with a somewhat creamy mouthfeel. Really nice complexity in both the nose and flavor...the Mosaic really shines through well. Enormously drinkable and just a top-notch IPA.
