Bottle pour at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a medium sized white head. Soft musk, wood, a bit of funk on the nose. Medium bodied, gentle and clean, nice wood tones, a bit of musk, brett dries out nicely. Slow wood with a bit of a white wine note on the finish. Super tasty, very easy drinking.

750 mL bottle. Hazy pale yellow with a fluffy white head. Retains a pillow atop the beer. Smells of nice oak. Soft oakiness with some vanilla. A little doughy. Just a hint of the brett and a faint orangey aroma. Tastes of all oak throughout. Just a bit of lemon tartness followed by faint orange. Sweet doughy sweetness. Well carbonated but kinda creamy. Light body. Great oak flavor that dominates the beer. Nice, but subtle.
