A traditional American cream ale brewed with American 2 row malt and imported German hops. Delicately hopped, light in the body, and very refreshing with a clean finish.

Bottle. Grainy malt aroma with notes of grassy hops, biscuit and light citrus. Pours pale golden colored with a thin white head that has little retention and some lacing. Starts with grain and biscuit malt flavors. Finishes smooth and dry with some citrus and grassy hops. Crisp, clean and refreshing.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a medium sized white head. Crisp grain with almost a hint of pepper to it. Medium bodied, corn, a hint of green pepper but no spice really. Corn and grain, crackers into the finish. How did the jalapeno thing happen here?

Bottle. Pours clear yellow. Aroma is malt-forward and lightly buttery. Body is light, with a low carbonation, some malty sweetness and little bitterness. Palate is short, but not watery. Goes down almost like water, yet clearly is not water in every sense.
