COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional American cream ale brewed with American 2 row malt and imported German hops. Delicately hopped, light in the body, and very refreshing with a clean finish.

[2/19/15] Draught at Beachwood BBQ in Long Beach. Clear golden. Aroma of graininess and mild fruitiness. Sweetish flavor, grainy, slightly fruity, with bread and a faint bitter note in the finish. Light-bodied.

Draft at Beachwood long beach. Pours a clear yellow color with a thin off white head. Aroma is mild, light creamy character. Flavor brings out much more of the creaminess, with a finish almost reminiscent of cream soda. Not bad.

Sampled at GABF 2014 with Andrew. Pours a light body with big white head. Aroma is light - malty and grainy. Mouthfeel is medium to soft with notes of sweet malt, corn, hay, bread and grain. Very light overall.
