COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"James" is a soulful and well-hopped American brown ale. A base of American 2-row malt is layered with British caramel and chocolate malts, creating a complex maltiness that leads into a toasted chocolate finish. Chinook, Columbus, Centennial, and Cascade hops provide a citrusy balance, while a silky mouthfeel rounds out the show. Hey!

Draft. Aroma of baker’s chocolate. Flavors of something slightly sweet like fig jam, baker’s chocolate, and a bit of malty roastiness. This is good, but if you’re going in this direction, Wholly Smoke is a far more interesting beer....

UPDATED: JUN 10, 2015 Hyper fruité avec du poivre, du brown malt vigoureux et une bonne richesse caramélisée. L’amertume et la sécheresse sont adéquatement tranchants.
