Draft. Golden beer with a big cream head. Spice aroma. Spice and light malt flavor with light mineral notes. Medium bodied. Spice and light mineral notes linger with light malt. BlackHaddock (7321) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - FEB 16, 2017
On-tap in Long Beach: looking at where it was brewed on 7th Feb 2017. Clear golden pour, white head that hung around better than most beers of this style. More malty aromas and flavours than hoppy ones, but only just. Crisp and refreshing with a slight citrus leaning as it warms a little. Decent Pilsner. nuplastikk (6254) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 12, 2017
Tap at Beachwood. Really solid Pils. Big peppery noble hops, peppery and pronounced. Just nails it. Great. Clean malt tones, smooth lagering. Impressive. decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - JUN 6, 2014
Gold pour with light creamy white head and lace. Aroma of light pilsner malt and foral hops. Light sweet corn like flavor with a good floral hop finish. Medium/light bodied and fizzy. pretty good beer joeneugs (6371) - Livermore, California, USA - MAR 14, 2014
On tap at the brewery. It pours clear yellow gold with a white head. The aroma is strong Euro hops with lemony, floral, spicy and earthiness. The flavor is clean and also very hoppy with intense lemon florals and strong spicy bitterness. Really good.

>> Pours a sparkling clear golden, spotty white lace with okay retention. Nose is fresh grassy, low but fresh lemon, freshly cut grass, Victory Brewing house lager yeast. No macro soap or corn. Taste is super crisp and dry sourdough crackery malt, ginger root bite, sourdough cracker, grassy hop bomb. Perfect palate- bright, quenching, long grassy hop. Exactly what I am looking for in pilsner.
>!< would love to see more variants from this base beer
Tap at Beachwood. Aroma is bread to an extreme. Pours a light and clear orange with big white head. Taste is more bread, slight lemon ester, Euro hop character and some other odd spice. Nice beer for a style I’m not excited about. BMan1113VR (7931) - Los Angeles, California, USA - APR 25, 2013
Glad to finally see the commercial version on tap. Multiple glasses and growlers in the last week. Pours with a mostly clear, yellow hue (less hazy than the zwick), with a white head that doesn’t last as long as the zwick. Aromas are bready, toasty, fruity, floral, light yeast roundness but otherwise clean. Great herbal hop aroma. Flavors are floral, hoppy, noble, herbal saaz. Less bitter bite than I felt on the Zwick, even though they are the same (maybe some yeast contribution or hop matter still in suspension?). Clean with a lovely bready malt profile. Dry, crisp, highly carbonated with a medium bitter balance overall. Great California Pils, different, but close in quality to fresh FW Pivo. brokensail (16444) - Dublin, California, USA - APR 21, 2013
UPDATED: MAY 13, 2013 Clear golden pour with a white head. Really nice clean nose. Bread, biscuit, and cracker maltiness. Sweet apples, floral hops, a hint of grass, and some yeast. Good bread flavor, biscuit, and crackers. Mild fruit esters, light bitterness, and a bit of yeast on the finish. Floral hops and a hint of grass.
