light body, soft carbonation, long finish, medium sourness, light sweetness, minimal head, pale, floral, in then first few sips it is an amazing beer but than it the taste dissolves and instead you get a not so good after taste, like the taste of a medicine. i zvikar (6087) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - MAR 15, 2014

Cloudy red and golden colour with a small white head.
Biscuit malt and very strong herbal and spicy aroma. I bet itís sage as itís very minty and herbal (I checked Wikipedia what the sage should smell like). Iím not that good with herbs and spices so I canít say exactly what the sage or salvia smells like. The flavour is herbal, spicy and mildly sweet biscuit malty. Thereís oregano and rosemary but probably because I recognise those herbs but not sage. Itís like a herb beer. Not bad. I wouldnít drink this every day...
Clear copper color with a big foamy head. Aroma of sage and tea, herbal with a note of mint. Taste sage and herbs, very little bitterness, surprisingly fresh sage flavor considering this was A. Brewed and B. several months old. I can totally see this flavor in a fresh pizza sauce. In a beer, on the other hand, itís surprising, and takes some getting use to. Very interesting brew :) tomer (3481) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - JAN 16, 2014
Bottle, small creamy head,a little hazy light amber to dark orange colour. sage, cardamom, nutmeg aroma with some biscuity malt in the back, sage earthy flavour with with some light malt in the back, light bitterness, could use a bit more. Limited commercial edition of a legendary local home brew.
330ml bottle poured into a pint glass.
Slightly hazy light amber color with a small off white head.
Bready and slightly herbal nose, tea like, floral and soft malt notes.
Sweetish herbal tea flavors of sage, light fruitiness (apples), almost zero bitterness, light caramel malt.
A bit thin, softly carbonated, easy to drink, interesting and different. Cool. apotekhin (79) - ISRAEL - DEC 16, 2013
Subtle sage aroma and delicate yet clear sage flavor. Very minimal bitterness with a full body.
