Draught at Boulder Strong Ale Festival. Pours clear orange with a large, fizzy, off-white head, lasting with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (straw, bread), heavy hops (flowers, perfume, grapefruit, citrus), average yeast (dough) with notes of grape and apple. On draught at Mellow Mushroom in Dublin. The beer is a mostly clear tangerine color with a medium thick white head that recedes slowly. Rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrus hops, bready malt and caramel. The finish is hoppy with a zesty citrus aftertaste. On tap at Capone’s. Poured a medim and hazy amberish color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of citrus, caramel, pine, and floral hops. On tap at the Blind Tiger’s VSK3 event. Pours a hazy golden orange with a thick yellowed white head. Crisp citrus, a little bit of pineapple. Amazing given that this was the 08. It’s definitely held up well. Sweet caramel, just a bit oxidized. Long grapefruit bitterness.

Draft... GABF ’06... Hazy yellow ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Floral and fruity; pineapple and grapefruit nose. The flavor is medium sweet and medium bitter with toffee and pink grapefruit. Medium-bodied and lightly creamy with lively carbonation. Astringent, bitter finish.
