Berry fruit flavors, some pinkish hues, mostly lacto sour notes with acetic edges. Medium sour. slightly spritzy. Light tannic bite. Some background bits of funk. Slightly sweet. Clean, well done and without flaws. What if this were bone dry and had more sour expressiveness? Promising stuff. Bummed I missed the Berliner Weisse which was finished yesterday. Does Bear have a rich sour program? Ill ask. Kinda stoked.
