Bottled. Thanks jcalabre!! Very black with dark beige head. Roasty, salty licorice aroma. Dry and softly malty with notes of coffee. Very rich and powerful. Salty bitter finish. It seems you can't go very wrong when making a dry imperial stout, and this is just fabulous.

Opaque black beer, big pale tan head. Palate is crispy but has weight. Minerals. Fresh dark malt, quite light. Tangy fruits underneath. Mild coffee and lactose cream. Semi dry finish with sweet tang. Decent.

Black (I’m not kidding). Thick beige head. Aroma of Hersey bar. Taste is slightly smoky bitter chocolate and dark roast coffee. Decent body, nice bitter finish shows off a few hops. Good stuff.
