Nitro draft at the brew pub as Nitro Black Bart. Didn’t seem all that imperial. Black color with a creamy tan head. Aroma is rather mocha. Tap at Blind Tiger. Dark black beer with a thick creamy nitro head. Really lovely looking pint. Aroma is deep and cocoaish. Dark roasted coffee and a light sweetness through the middle of the palate. Lightly earthy bitterness but with a nice cocoa/coffee complexity. Sweet with a soft milk chocolate character. Long roasty finish. Tasty stuff.

Tap at Blind Tiger. Pours a nice deep dark brown almost pitch black with a nice nitro lasting head and good lace. Aroma is nutty toasty, good full chocolate and a nice light fruitiness. Flavor is toasty, good roast- light coffee, and good dark chocolate with almost a nutty chocolate fruitiness- light dry acrid slightly acidic finish. Nice dry stout.
